I am looking for affordable Time Delay Relay and a Voltage relay that stops current when voltage drops below 12.5V or 24.5V
I am trying to design a fool proof system that cant drain the battery. Taking the ignition signal is not enough.
Here in Dominican Republic is hard to come by decent electronic components. I've looked in grianger.com and havent found any relay or breaker that will fit those needs.
Any suggestions?

According to this web page http://holysmoke.org/hho/the-facts.html , "the EPA tested two dozen HHO units and they were all found to be ineffective". Googling a few variations of EPA HHO evaluation and searching the EPA website turned up nothing. Was these ever such an evaluation done? I should think DOE would be more likely to sponsor such an evaluation rather than the EPA.
