Found that my 21 Plate cell produces about 2 LPM Hydroxy Gas at 20 Amp.
Expected that my new Cell with 42 Plates should make about Double of this Amount of gas, as the configerations are the same. Was surprised to see that in fact the Gasproduction is far less than expected.
Noticed that adding more Electrode Plates does not always produce more output.
How could the 42 Plate cell be modified, to get the 4 LPM as expected ?

According to this web page http://holysmoke.org/hho/the-facts.html , "the EPA tested two dozen HHO units and they were all found to be ineffective". Googling a few variations of EPA HHO evaluation and searching the EPA website turned up nothing. Was these ever such an evaluation done? I should think DOE would be more likely to sponsor such an evaluation rather than the EPA.
